Discharge plant: 
There are two
discharge plants in Luthai Company. Advanced full bobbins, beam
dyers and dehydrators are introduced from Japan and Italy etc.
Central monitoring system and semi-automatic weighing system
of dyestuff auxiliaries is equipped. Monthly output of purified
cotton, alkaline washed cotton, chemical fibre and other special
type of fiber yarn amount up to 50 tons. Sample looms and trial
weaving looms are introduced. Monthly output of handwork samples
is about 159 and that of trial weaving samples is 20. Automatic
liquid extracting and preparation system and CCM color match
testing system are equipped to serve the famous distributors
of the industry like M&S, GAP, PVH, SMART and TAL according
to AATCC.JIS.ISO standard. s
