Spinnery:
The spinnery is the earliest plant of Luthai Group, footstone
of development of Luthai Group and starting point of success
of the enterprise.
Now, there are three branch factories: No.1, No.2 and No.3 spinnery.
Annual output of top-grade combed yarn is 7,000 tons and that
of thread is 3,500 tons. Main equipment of the spinnery is the
most advanced type of spinning machine in the world. Quality
of the product is follow-manageed with onlin ecomputers. Network
automatization is adopted for auxiliary management of the factory,
which is unique in China. The spinnery produces high-count combed
cotton yarn of high quality, which is suitable for top-grade
knitting and textile weaving facing with quality raw materials
on the basis of advanced spinning equipment and strict management.
Quality if the yarn reaches 5% level of Wusite Communique.
